These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store and services provided by The Espresso Bar.

Orders can be placed through the website 24/7.
Event service orders are accepted via contact form or phone.
After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation at the provided email address.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Available payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer.
Prices shown in the store include VAT.
Coffee delivery is available within Poland.
Order processing time: 1-3 business days.
Shipping cost: €3.50. Free shipping over €35.
Booking requires a deposit of 30% of the order value.
The remaining amount is due 7 days before the event.
Cancellation up to 14 days before the event - 100% deposit refund.
Cancellation 7-14 days before the event - 50% deposit refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days - no refund.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products.
